1000 calorie breakfast using minimum ingredients – 2020

At the moment, I am in a bulking phase myself and consume between 3500-4000 calories every day. To keep fat gain to a minimum, you should eat most of your calories (i.e., carbohydrates) either in the first half of the day or, as I do, spread over breakfast and before/after training. So here you find my 1000 calorie breakfast or you can say high calorie breakfast.

My favorite breakfast with over 1000 calories contains the following ingredients.


  1. One bowl of oat flakes – 90-100 g
  2. whole milk – 200 ml
  3. honey – 1-2 teaspoons
  4. peanut butter – 1-2 teaspoons
  5. berry mix – 1 cup
  6. protein powder – 1 serving of
  7. free-range eggs – 4 pieces of
  8. cinnamon

How to Make 1000 calorie breakfast?

Take a blender and fill it with milk, honey, peanut butter, protein powder, and eggs and mix it for about 10-20 seconds. Now you pour the mixture over the oat flakes and add berries and cinnamon voilà.

Of course, depending on your preference, you can also add other ingredients such as bananas, apples, or almonds.

So, it ready, the 1000 calorie breakfast 🙂
